The goal of the game was to murder students, teachers, and staff. In the end, the player is forced to commit suicide before being captured by law enforcement officers. The weapons were modeled after the ones used by Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold and Seung-Hui Cho.

The game drew criticism by parents and educators for its premise and is often compared to the school shootings in Columbine High School and Virginia Tech. Jack Thompson called for the game to be shut down. It had been described as "morally reprehensible" and "dangerous for the game industry as a whole." Since then, the downloadable game was pulled from ModDB. The game was never released on its official website and completed.

As of September 8, 2013, the host website went down after almost 2 years without update. The mod is most likely cancelled at this point as no updates have been heard since 2011.
